Prestige Elite is a made-on-demand clothing company which means every order is made especially for you the second you purchase it. While it may take longer to fulfill and ship your order, this method allows us to operate more efficiently by keeping our small business organized.

We want to advise all our customers that we currently do not accept returns or exchanges. While we expect to accept exchanges/returns in the future, we want to inform all customers to abide by our size charts to ensure an accurate fit. Keep in mind all purchases are FINAL once the fulfillment process has begun. Please note that Prestige Eite will fully replace ANY lost/damaged/misprinted orders. Please contact us if you'd like to report a lost/damaged/misprinted order. All claims must be notified no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We appreciate your cooperation!

FAQs

Q. Is shipping always free?

Yes, all orders with two or more items in cart will be eligible for free shipping. We work very hard to provide free shipping to all our customers! One of our goals is to provide our customers with the most convenient and low-cost shopping experience possible. Please note that free shipping may not be available based on location, but these instances are rare. If your shipping cost is at or exceeds $20, you will be responsible for the shipping cost, hence the FREE SHIPPING option will be unavailable to you. Rewards Points Discounts are also ineligible for Free Shipping. If you have questions on why the free shipping option doesn't apply to your order, don't hesitate to contact us.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, it will take about 2-5 business days to fulfill your order, which will be shipped immediately after completion. Based on demand, some products/variants may be unavailable or may take longer to fulfill. "You will be informed if this is the case." Once shipped, we will contact you via email with a tracking number and estimated delivery date. U.S.-based customers usually receive their package 1 week after it is shipped. If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch with us.

Q. Can rewards discounts combine with other Prestige Elite discounts?

No. Unfortunately, discounts earned via rewards can't be combined with our monthly sale specials nor our Free Shipping policy.

Q. What happens after I make a purchase?

After a purchase is made, you'll receive an email from us confirming your order. Our manufacturers will immediately produce your order which can take 2-5 business days to fulfill. You will receive an email from us with a tracking number once shipped.

Q. What are Elite Points?

Elite Points are rewards points that you earn from making purchases. Elite Points can be redeemed for special discounts here at our store! Only Prestige Elite members can redeem these rewards.

How are your designs created?

Human designers, A.I., or a combination of both create our designs. We ONLY implement A.I. into our designs to meet customers' demands in a timely fashion, as all of our designers have full-time jobs and commitments. We use software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Inkscape, and GIMP to create our designs. We limit our reliance on A.I. as much as possible.

Q. Does Prestige Elite accept returns/exchanges?

Unfortunately, at this moment in time, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges at this time. We want to advise all customers to abide by our size guides to ensure an accurate fit. Our products tend to fit on the snug side, so we suggest ordering a size up than what you'd typically wear.

Q. How do I contact Prestige Elite's Customer Support?

Q. I received a damaged/misprinted item. Could I request a refund?

Yes. We will refund any damaged/misprinted item. To be eligible for a refund, you must report the problem within 30 days of receiving the item. We'll ask you to provide a detailed description of the problem and quality photos of the item. Once the issue is reviewed and accepted, you will receive a refund/item replacement from our manufacturer at your request. Keep in mind; we DO NOT offer refunds for buyer's remorse!

Q. I believe my package was lost in the mail. What should I do?

If you believe your package is lost, don't hesitate to contact us regarding the issue. Generally, we'll ask you to wait a while longer for your order, as shipping delays tend to happen. We'll also ask you to review your shipping address. If the shipping address needs to be corrected, the order will be sent back to us and re-sent to the correct address you provided. Please note that you'll be responsible for shipping expenses if so. If we determine your shipment is lost, we'll re-package and re-ship your order at no cost. Remember that lost shipments must be reported no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

Q. Does Prestige Elite Apparel offer size exchanges?

Because our products are manufactured and printed on demand, we cannot accept exchanges if you purchase a product in the wrong size. We strongly recommend referencing our size guides which you can find on each of our product pages. We also recommend purchasing one size up from what you usually wear, as our products tend to fit on the snug side.
